At MADLIONS, we stand by the quality of our high-performance electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns on all hardware and accessories. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original packaging with all components and serial numbers intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MADLIONS account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your electronic device back in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective foam are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the shipping carton and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the device state and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
